For all who think that warbler ID is hopeless, we have just the program for you! Mike Bowen will be presenting the program at the next meeting of the Prince George's Audubon Society and Patuxent Bird Club. The program is, as always, free and open to the public. Please join us there, Tuesday April 13, 7:30 pm at the College Park Airport Annex.

Description follows (from the PGAS website: http://www.pgaudubon.org ):

"In May, warbler migration brings dozens of species of the Warbler family through Maryland hot spots, making this perhaps the highlight of birding year. But to fully appreciated these constantly-moving, sometime similar species, the birder should be quick and easy with identification. In this program, timed to precede the coming spring migration, veteran area birder Michael Bowen skillfully combines slides and recordings to aid in the identification of the warblers to be found in our region, breeding and migrant. This program has been featured at recent MOS Conferences and is always a popular draw."
