Highlights of a long walk at Little Bennett Regional Park (Montgomery County) this morning:

Blue-winged Warbler (1) singing a quiet abbreviated song. Seems a little early in the season, but I got good looks and watched him foraging.

Also:
Northern Parula (1)
Palm Warbler (Yellow) (several)
Louisiana Waterthrush (several, including territorial disputes)
Pine Warbler (1)
Yellow-rumped (Myrtle) Warbler (2)
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (several, including territorial disputes)
Ruby-crowned Kinglet (several; some showing red crowns as they foraged)
Tree Swallow (4 squabbling over nest boxes)
Hermit Thrush (3 foraging silently)
Brown Thrasher (1)
Swamp Sparrow (2)
Field Sparrow (several)
Eastern Towhee (several)
Pileated Woodpecker (1)
