My personal earliest record for Blue-winged Warbler in Montgomery County was on April 21 and 22 along Tucker Lane in Ashton, in 2001. This was in the days before eBird. I have been using Avisys since it first came out, sometime back in the early 90's.

Earliest on eBird for Maryland is April 11, 2009 in Mt. Airy. Earliest eBird record for Montgomery County is April 23, 1995.
