Highlights from birding today with Winger West:

Started the day at Paint Branch Trail with Derek Richardson and Ryan Farrell (Derek reported sightings). We had a Yellow-throated Warbler on the return trip to the car that we had not seen earlier.

At the North Tract of the Patuxent Research Refuge:
Black and White Warbler (1st across from Env Edu Classroom and then many more around Wildlife Loop)
Prairie Warbler (1st at the skeet range and many more around Wildife Loop)
Pine Warbler (together with a Chipping Sparrow which made comparisons of trills easy to do)
Northern Parula
Peregrin Falcon

At the Middle Patuxent Environmental Area (Trotter Road entrance)
Blue Gray Gnatcatcher
Louisiana Waterthrush
