Yep, I got it and so did my Mom. My email program happens to show all 
the email recipients so I noticed it went to multiple folks, PayPal 
obviously wouldn't do that. Clicking any links in an email like that 
will likely get you a virus. I'm in the habit of going directly to the 
websites (even ones I know are legitimate) for paying bills, etc. just 
to make sure I don't accidentally fall for one of these.
