It's so great that hoodeds are back. I think they have more songs than any other warbler. Once I heard one imitating another species. Sometimes they get mid-high and sing, but they often hang out very low, and Kentucky's too. TH

saw 27-30 species, but most notable was a beautiful Hooded warbler on kingsley trail in the area that we saw them last year until a group came in with machetes and cut down the briars where they(male and female} were hanging out. he was foraging and i heard him sing once. the area i saw him is about 2/3's of the way from the parking lot to the school
