It's 10:30am and I just refound the Uppie at Kenilworth Park in DC -  
he must have done quite the loop to get back here...or of course this  
is a second one.  Basically same location, but a but higher up on the  
grass where the tall grass starts.  Right next to the dirt road  
leading to the back of the track. He let me inch up to about 30 feet  
away.  Now he's popping in and out of the tall grass.

Now to find the bobolinks that I originally came down here for.
