There was a Wilson's Phalarope along Rt. 313 just north of Sudlersville this morning in Queen Anne's County. There is a flooded field on the east side of the road about a half mile south of Hatchet Corner Road. I lucked into the bird on my way to find my county Vesper Sparrow on a tip from John Hubbell.
