How often do I post twice in one day to MDOsprey? (Is it even allowed?)

I just got back from a walk around Constitution Gardens and the Reflecting Pool. Both are drained and have attracted waders which seem to be working both pools. Included are

At least one Stilt Sandpiper (new for my DC Area list and new to my Mall list)
A least one Lesser Yellowlegs
A couple of Spotted Sandpipers
Several Killdeer

Otherwise, there were many singing Yellow Warblers, a couple of Black-throated Blue warblers, and singing Baltimore Orioles, Scarlet Tanagers and Red-eyed Vireos. Also several Yellow-rumped Warblers
