I stopped by Elvaton Park on East West Hwy in Millersville on the way home from work to check on Redtailed hawkies . There were 2 Black Throated Green warblers working the small fir trees that line the right side of the ballfields . With the trees being small it kept the Warblers low near eye level . I thought well ill get closer for a photograph but as i moved slowly closer the bird moved slowly farther . Peeking the head out once in a while . All other birds were seen/heard from this area . There is a small fenced in pond in this corner also.
Need to get back to sleep now and maybe get 2 hours sleep before my trip today to Delaware Bay with the girls for some shorebirding .
