Hi all --

A quick trip to Hains Point (nothing much, few Yellowthroats, Blackpolls and
Brown Thrashers) and then over to the Reflecting Pool to check out the
shorebirds.

This was a lot more interesting:

Killdeer - 1
Semipalmated Plover - 8
Lesser Yellowlegs - 1
Solitary Sandpiper - 1
Least Sandpiper - 20+
Semipalmated Sandpiper - 2
DUNLIN - 1 (really pretty bird)

No sign of the White-rumped SP but the birds were a bit flighty -- we saw a
group of 10 or so fly off before we could get close enough to ID, and then,
after returning from checking out Constitution Gardens pond (nothing of
note) found that the Dunlin and 6 Semi-P Plovers had come in. So worth
repeated checks.

On the way back to our car, a small migrant flock in crabapples near the MLK
Memorial construction held:

Red-eyed Vireo - 1
Blackpoll - 4
Redstart - 2
Myrtle - 2
