After work, some World Cup, and a nap, I took a walk at Patuxent Ponds Park in Odenton off of Patuxent Road. I found most of the breeders I had in mind. Highlights were singing Kentucky, Worm-eating, and Hooded Warblers. Walking back to the car, I was a little disappointed that I didn't hear any Summer Tanagers since the habitat seemed good for them (some open areas with mixed deciduous and pine trees). Lucky for me, when I did get back to the car there was a male calling repeatedly over the pond next to the parking lot.
