For people who have never been to this pond, it's off Brown Station Road in Upper Marlboro. The pond is viewed from the parking lot of the Public Convenience Center. There is a blue sign on Brown Station Road marking the Convenience Center.  Park by the dumpsters on your right, but try to stay out of the way of people who are dumping trash and recycling.  You aren't permitted to leave the parking lot, but the birds are easily viewed without doing so. 

According to the website they are open 7am-6pm Mon-Sat. Closed on Sunday.
