Scott Housten and I just checked at both the giant and our lady of victory areas and did not see them.  We didn't check from inside Charlestown.

6:30pm - I stopped by the Charlestown pond on my way home from work to check
on the Black-bellies.  I searched from both the Giant parking lot and behind
Our Lady of Victory, but did not see them.  Canadas and Mallards in
abundance along with an Eastern Kingbird, but no BBWD from those vantage
points.  I will try to check on them in the morning on my way in to work.
