A lovely morning at North Beach marsh today, with 4 Tricolored Herons
among the many Snowy Egrets out in the marsh, and the two juvenile
Yellow-Crowned Night Herons on the other side of the road, in the small
creek to the left before you get to the beach. Huge numbers of Least
Terns in varying plumages as well, along with some peeps that I could
not identify to a certainty because I cut Fall Shorebirds 201 class...
:-)
