Amen, Phil,
When I went birding along the Rio Grande 2 mos. ago I
found Sabal Palm Preserve and the downriver lands
S. of Falcon Dam were completely cut off and Anzalduas
County Park was very restricted . . . but the "everyday" stuff
is just as noisome.
