There was a BUFF-BREASTED SANDPIPER, found by Kye Jenkins, on Friday  
afternoon at the Central Sod Farm on John Brown Road. This was near the back  
edge of the large turf field next to the brick house. Also present were one  
HORNED LARK, about a dozen KILLDEER, and 6 peeps that prompted a lively ID  
discussion among the four birders present.
