A Peregrine Falcon was perched on the northeast side of the C & D Canal bridge on Rte. 213 in Cecil County this morning around 10AM. I turned around, went back, and got a second look with my binoculars and squeezed off a single (crappy) picture through the windshield before the truck bearing down on me got uncomfortably close. I believe the bird was an adult, but the picture is too fuzzy to tell.
