It was an outstanding warbler day at Piney Run Park this morning with 11
species. A list of the today's migrants:

Pewee 4, some vocalizing
Acadian Flycatcher 1, heard only, singing
Crested Flycatcher 2
Phoebe 1
Kingbird 1
Yellow-throated Vireo 3, all singing
Red-eyed Vireo 4, some singing
Catbird 11
Thrasher 3
Tennessee Warbler 5, more than I have seen in one day in recent years
Parula 1
Chestnut-sided Warbler 3, one adult and two immatures
Magnolia Warbler 2
Black-throated Blue Warbler 1 female
Black-throated Green Warbler 1, singing weakly
Blackburnian Warbler 1
Bay-breasted Warbler 3
Blackpoll Warbler 1
Black-&-white Warbler 3
Yellowthroat 1, heard only, calling, not singing
Scarlet Tanager 3
Indigo Bunting 1

A bonus was seeing a pair of Carolina Wrens after the population here was
decimated last winter.
