This small bird was flitting around in evergreen bushes this 
morning just outside my kitchen window. I snapped a quick photo 
using a point-and-shoot camera through a dirty window.

Here are the notes I took at the time (some of which show up in the 
photo and some of which are contradicted by the photo).

Prominent eye ring, white and complete
No eye stripe
Bright yellow belly/chest
White undertail
Off-white throat
Olive back
Noticeable streaks on chest, especially sides of chest. Not bold 
black streaks, more like gray or brownish.
Fairly faint wing bars, only one bar visible
