Hi all,
  Glad to hear the YB Cuckoo will be all right.  Second Chance does a wonderful job with all its birds and mammals, and I try to support them whenever I can.  By the way, Second Chance is having their annual "Open House" in Oct 16th from 12-4pm.  All are invited to come.  I usually donate a piece of artwork to auction.
Another rehab place is Trego Mountain Sanctuary in Keedysville, Md.  It is run by my friend Dina Spanomanolos.  She is a licensed falconer, and specializes in birds of prey.
This are good organizations.

Broken wing prognosis good

Fully feathered bird of the year but it was still accompanied by parents
