Hi All,

This morning (9-19-10), on the way back from Frederick, about 10AM, I saw a 
male RING-NECKED PHEASANT on the side of Rt. 31, just before Uniontown Rd. 
Then, sitting on a road sign across from the McDaniel College golf course, 
on the same road, was an adult very pale RED-TAILED HAWK. It's tail was 
red, but the head was very, very light, and the back was pretty pale also.
