Birded a variety of spots the last couple days.
Middle Patuxent yesterday morning hoping for sparrows and thrushes.
No move in the field areas of sparrows. One WOOD THRUSH along the river but no influx yet. A few warblers , primarily REDSTART and MAGNOLIAS...and some lingering flycatchers with PEWEE and ACADIAN by stop 13.

The Howard Conservancy was also low on sparrows....mainly the resident SONGS and CHIPPING. It is one of the best places to find Lincoln's though...hopefully soon! There was an amazing caterpillar..one of the most beautiful I have seen.

Also checked Meadowbrook in hopes of sparrows...yet again not much yet. It is another fairly reliable spot for Lincoln's ..and provides easy walking.

Soon the sparrows should be here!
