Howdy,

Inspired by Joe Hanfman's 9/21 post, I decided to try my luck for awesome warblers at Finzel on my lunch break. It was windy and the birds were quiet. There were some good consolation raptors (MERLIN, BROAD-WINGED, SHARPIE and COOPER'S).

Piney Reservoir was quiet, too. There was one PECTORAL SANDPIPER among the thirty-some Killdeer. The mudflats at Piney are huge now.

Good Birding,
Matt
