Refusing to give in to atutmn, I only have one bird sighting to
report: 2 Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, still enjoying my garden.

No White-throats. No Sapsuckers. No Brown Creepers. No Evening
Grosbeak. No Perple Finch. No Crossbills.

Nope just two little buzzing reminders of this past summer.

Interesting that both hummers were very approchable, unlike my summer
hummingbirds. They also completely ignored the feeders, and stuck with
the plants.

Maybe tomorrow I'll let some of those FOS winter birds into the
neighborhood. We are, after all, having Oktoberfest here tomorrow.
Leiderhosen (sp?) are perfect for holding binocs.
