I made an abbreviated tour of Hart-Miller today. Water levels there are
up after they received over six inches of rain last week. Most of the good
shorebird habitat appeared to be in the north cell which I viewed only from
the cross dike. Any gull/tern flocks were also probably in the northern part
of the north cell. Numbers of sparrows have increased significantly.
