Hi all,

Barry had a doctor's appointment so it was just me at Wheaton Regional Park
today. I also stopped by Brookside Gardens briefly to check on the
hummingbird situation. Not quite as active as yesterday, but the number of
Kinglets has increased, first Juncoes seen, nine warbler species and no sign
(not surprising) of yesterday's Marsh Wren.

Birds of Interest:

Red-shouldered Hawk - 1
Sharp-shinned Hawk - 1 (flyover)
Wood Duck - 1
RUBY-THROATED HUMMINGBIRD - 1, Brookside Gardens, in "yew hedge" garden up
from walled garden, feeding in a large clump of "Golden Delicious" Pineapple
Sage. Tried to make it into something better but it was a R-T. Will keep
checking!
