Hi Everybody: I spent a full day birding mostly in these two counties
yesterday. I will post a full report tonight after work but wanted to let
people know that I had a probable immature COMMON MOORHEN at Oxbow Preserve
around 1:45 PM yesterday. I say probable because it was slowly feeding
amidst the front of the taller vegetation and did not fully show itself at
any one time while I was there for the 15 minutes that I saw it before it
disappeared out of view.
Also at Sands Park in southern Anne Arundel I flushed a VESPER SPARROW from
the right side of the overgrown weedy sparrow habitat on the right side of
the parking area. I will post later but wanted to let you know about this.
