Good afternoon all,
I did a quick tour of the yard this morning before I had to run out early for jobs in DC and Silver Spring. My best find was a late gray Catbird in the corner outside the fence, a shrubby area that get's a lot of activity. It perched nicely for a while before disappearing, then I heard it mewing a bit later, then it hopped back up in a different spot further along my walk (unless there were 2, which I doubt, as they aren't terribly common here). Anyway, a nice late specimen for my increasing yard database.
