After whiffing on the Say's Phoebe this morning, I headed northeast to bird Kent and Cecil Counties.  The best birds were a Pine Siskin in a goldfinch flock at the Eastern Neck butterfly garden and 3 Rusty Blackbirds at Bethel in Cecil.   A few FOS ducks included Bufflehead at Eastern Neck and Perryville.
