WHAT THE !!!!
Someone please tell me what this is . Sorry photos arent that clear . Taken thru windshield . Bad enough i was backing up a city street to get photo of Pigeon with slippers. At first look i thought he had accumalated gunk of some sort from walking on dirty streets. !!WHAT IS IT!

Did some birding around the house yesterday and today . Got my first different ducky "GREBE" at the pond . A Pied Billed Grebe hung out here yesterday and today . Ive only been here little more than a year and have only had Mallards at the pond. Thought id get something good last winter but the pond stayed frozen most of the time . Or the SNOW was too deep to walk to it !
Mom and I did a drivethru at Southwest area park this evening . Hundreds of Robins and Blackbirds, 1 Great Egret , Mallard , GB Heron, Bald Eagle , Coopers and Redshouldered hawk . One car in Ditch .
