Great pictures Bill-- thanks for sharing. Indeed they are pretty cool. There's a pair fairly well-established in Owings Mills... in my house! ;) I think Quakers (er, Monk Parakeets) have a pretty good chance to become established anywhere a population can settle down and have the opportunity. Very hardy parrots.
