According to the recent "Nature" on crows it says "A group of crows
is called a "murder." This name came about because a group of crows
will sometimes kill a dying crow"
But considering that turkeys can be somewhat assertive when in a
large group ( or at least they are at my sisters house) a bully of
turkeys might be appropriate, but the proper noun of multitude for
turkeys is a RAFTER.
