I just got a text (11/15 at 8:39am) from Frank Hawkins reporting 6
scoters on the Potomac River between Memorial & 14th St. Bridges.  He
said 3 are definitely Blacks and the other 3 are still to be determined.
 He also had 2 American Pipits.
