Hi all,
Erin and I birded Territory 15, the National Seashore on Assateague Island for the Rarity RoundUp on 11/13/2010.
Below are some pre-eBird results...I am sure more details will follow from Bill Hubick and others. Thanks to everyone who helped organize the weekend!

Territory 15, the National Seashore on Assateague Island:
Canada Goose
Brant
American Black Duck
Surf Scoter
Black Scoter
White-winged Scoter
Bufflehead
Red-breasted Merganser
Red-throated Loon
Common Loon
Horned Grebe
Northern Gannet
Double-crested Cormorant
Great Blue Heron
Black Vulture -1
Turkey Vulture
Northern Harrier -1
Sharp-shinned Hawk – 1 flyover crossing road in the evening
Merlin – several flybys  and 1 perched throughout the day
VIRGINIA RAIL – 2 (both seen, at least 1 heard) with Ron Gutberlet & Mike Walsh near end of Life of the Forest trail
Greater Yellowlegs
Sanderling
Dunlin
Laughing Gull
Ring-billed Gull
Herring Gull
Great Black-backed Gull
ROYAL TERN – 2 late in the day
Mourning Dove
BARN OWL – 1 heard at 8:35 pm (end of sunset) from last overlook/platform on Life of the Forest trail.

Red-breasted Nuthatch– 1 in pines at beginning of Bayside
Brown-headed Nuthatch – 3-4 near beginning of Life of the Forest Trail

Golden-crowned Kinglet – 1 in pines at beginning of Bayside
American Robin

Northern Mockingbird
Yellow-rumped Warbler
YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT – in brambles at campsite C42-43 off Bayside Drive 
Eastern Towhee – 1 seen and another heard from parking area of 
FIELD SPARROW – 1 in Life of the Dunes trail
Song Sparrow
Swamp Sparrow
White-throated Sparrow
WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW – 1 juv. at same spot as Chat
Dark-eyed Junco
Northern Cardinal
Red-winged Blackbird – 800 roosting in marsh at end of Ferry Landing Rd

PINE SISKIN – flyovers: 30 and a single

Ron Gutberlet & Mike Walsh also covered territory 15 and portions of the ORV on foot, having some birds we missed:

We went off-territory briefly in the afternoon, 11/13/2010 and had a few other interesting birds:
BROWN PELICAN – ORV zone with Ron & Mike
Great Egret-causeway
Cattle Egret-airport, off 611
Bald Eagle-Hooper’s Island, 3rd yr bird
Harlequin Duck – at least 1 male at OC inlet

On 11/14/2010, we went to Rumbley Point road and had 
SALTMARSH, NELSON'S, Savanna, Song, and Swamp Sparrows, 
American Pipit, Greater Yellowlegs, Boat-tailed Grackle, Great Blue Heron, Belted Kingfisher, Northern Harrier, 
SEDGE WREN and Marsh Wrens;
