The hummingbird was flitting around for an hour this morning until I left shortly before 10:00 a.m. Rick is a gracious host and pointed out the hummer's favorite perches before the bird made its appearance. I learned a lot about hummingbirds that show up in November and also picked up some plant choices for hummers and butterflies. It was an extremely pleasant hour well spent.

Now to clean up the house for tomorrow.
