This morning Amanda Spears and I looked through a huge Horned Lark flock feeding
in the fields on both sides of Leverage Rd in northern Queen Anne's County.
Numbers below.

Horned Lark- 517 (first 200 hundred were estimated and then the remaining 317
were counted by Amanda).
Snow Bunting - 4
Lapland Longspur - 5
American Pipit - 4

Also in the area, there is a large flock of Snow Geese and Canda Geese feeding
in an old corn field near the intersection of Kibler and Round Top rds.
Yesterday I found two Ross's Geese and one Cackling Goose among the flock. Today
we located one Ross's Goose in the flock.
