We relocated the Piney Run Red-necked Grebe this morning around 10:45. When we first saw it, it was near a Pied-billed Grebe. Later it was alone. We also saw a Horned Grebe in the area, along with Canada Geese and several species of ducks.

Thanks to John and Mark for helpful directions. We all had to hike quite a way around the lake to reach the area where the grebe has been found.

He/she was first seen in among a large flock of Canada Geese from 10-10:30AM. Some very distant photos can be seen here http://www.flickr.com/photos/27381338@N03/5233036822/ In the shot where the bird is flapping it's wings, you can clearly see the white secondaries.
