I drove down to College Park this morning to see the Rufous Hummingbird
that has been there for a few weeks. I had been sitting on the patio about
five minutes when it appeared. It was perched on the top of a shrub along
the back fence. It sat there for the few minutes I watched it. I did not see
it go to the feeders. This was about 11:15.
