While I was pointing out a Red-tailed Hawk that had just landed in the tree above me to a woman and her young son, a Kestrel dive-bombed the hawk.  The youngster wasn't impressed:  "I could climb up there & get it!" he declared.

I've seen at least one Red-tail in that area each time I've walked through in the past week.
