After stopping by at the Northern Wheatear (Photos at Flickr) in DE, Amy and I headed down to look for the Golden-crowned Sparrow at Chesapeake Farms. After some searching at 3:00 pm we located the bird (39.1803, -76.1832) and Amy manged to get some shots (nothing for us to compare to the great shots posted already but if you would like to check them out they are at the Flickr below) as it darted in and out of the brush. We enjoyed the bird until 3:30 and then headed home. Happy Holidays to all!
