If  you look at the date for the photo it is 4 January 2009 not 
2011;  This bird was on private property and was seen by many birders.

Pictures have cropped up on eBird of an immature-ish Lark Bunting in 
Uniontown, Carroll County, taken January 4.  I have not seen anything 
further on this, but the picture looks good.  Who's not fessing up?  Or is 
it on private land, in which case, why taunt us with a public posting?
