Subject: [MDOSPREY] Someone Has Posted a Lark Bunting In Uniontown

Pictures have cropped up on eBird of an immature-ish Lark Bunting in Uniontown, 
Carroll County, taken January 4.  I have not seen anything further on this, but 
the picture looks good.  Who's not fessing up?  Or is it on private land, in 
which case, why taunt us with a public posting?
