Hello,
Just an FYI for anyone who hasn't seen the Harlequin that Keith found at Fort Armistead, I camped out two days ago and the bird swam past me, down towards Anne Arundel County at around 1:30PM. Today, I camped out again, as I wasn't happy with the lighting in the photos I took. The bird came across the same exact route within ten minutes of where he came through 2 days ago, around 1 34 PM. I'm glad I caught him as I was working from the car while waiting, and could have easily missed him. Just an FYI that there may be a pattern.
