Ross,
A sighting of the Ross's Goose circulated through the Harford Bird Club emails for Tuesday, 1/11. This observation occurred in a field a few miles from Turney' Pond by an observer on his way to the pond. I don't know for sure if the Ross's is still there [at or near Turney's] today, but a morning or later afternoon stakeout of Turney's Pond should still be a good strategy. The good news is if its there, it may [should] be the only white goose present, the bad news, there's probably a fresh 2 - 3" snow cover across the fields.
Good luck should you decide to go,
--
