Yes, White-winged dove in Kemptown/Monrovia

Thanks so much to Tyler Bell for the leadership and wisdom he used  in working with us and the Kemptown community so others could see the white-winged dove. God sent us a bird to host for a time. What a privilege!

I saw the WW dove in a maple tree at 11:30 in a maple tree behind the neighboring red brick house. At 12:30 the WW dove dropped into the hexagonal tray feeder that it seems to prefer and feed for 10 minutes before flushing with the flock of 50 doves that were feeding on the ground. The WW dove flew off with a bulging crop.
