In my opinion, there didn't seem to be any evidence (feather or behavior)
that would suggest it is a recently released cage bird.  I could be
mistaken.

PS There was at least one man I spoke to the day I was there that was quite
upset when he found out we were birding.  He scoffed and drove off quickly.
