We drove  on Kibler Road and saw the NORTHERN SHRIKE around noon. It flew 
with prey into  a cedar and from there to the top of one of the trees on the 
entrance lane  signed Grasslands Plantation. 
 
This is not accurate. As previously described by Warren Strobel, the shrike 
 was seen on Round Top Road, which is accessed from but not identical  to 
Kibler Road.
