Seen on south side of business 404 at 1:15. The gulls all lifted after scanning for ten minutes from the parking area picnic table and resettled across the road. I was able to find the gull quickly in this second grouping. The lifted again, however, and I lost it. Bottom line: look around and try both sides. There's a gravel path leading into some phragmites under bus 404 that affords good views of the marsh to the south.

Also had the golden-crowned sparrow at 11:03 this am. A good day in February!
