Location: Loch Raven Reservoir--Paper Mill Flats
Observation date: 2/21/11 11:50 AM -12:25

Black-headed Gull seen between 12:15 and 12:25 noon; still there when I left.
In the poor light, my Kowa 77 was just able to pick out the red in the bill.
Also, the bill thickness was a good mark; compare to Bonaparte's Gull. As I
left, ducks continued to pour into the area.

Good Birding!
